Firstborn over all of Creation!
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things were created by him and for him.
Col 1:13-16
Our days are full this Christmas season. Full with the fellowship of our family and friends, full with the scents of peppermint, pine, and cinnamon, full with processing the what the Lord has been doing in us these last couple of years in PNG. Full with the knowledge that our Savior came to earth (and stuck it out here) in order to redeem us all. Truly the tidings of the angels so long ago were those of great joy – for all people. Will you pray with us this Christmas that the Pal people would soon understand that great news as well?
Tim enjoys a park (yes, even with a sweatshirt on the park can be enjoyable.)
You can be praying for us as well as we begin to make plans for the New Year. We hope to connect with each one of you on the team to give you a first-hand account of what has been done, and what is to come.
With much joy in our King,
The Claasens
All gussied up (“Wow Dad, you look different.” –Tim ), Nate and Elizabeth at a family gathering.
