Urgent Prayer Request for meningitis infections
Hey dear praying friends,
Update from Pal - two little kiddos are very sick with meningitis-type symptoms. Last month, a little boy died from these same symptoms. Please pray with us that the two who are sick now will recover and that no other little ones will get it. Trusting in the One who loves those at the ends of the earth!
Please pray, too, for plans to come together for our family to fly into Pal in a few weeks. We can't wait to spend time with the church and with our co-workers! We are praying that the details for the trip will come together.
Last week our team was privileged to be interviewed for an online forum of NTM-PNG church planters! We talked about our heart to prepare godly men for leadership in the church, ways that we are trying to foster self-sustainability among believers, and ways that we are prayerfully combating lies that draw our friends. The Fachner and Hostetter families were able to fly back into the jungle a few days after that.
And - please pray for Mabel & Manem, one set of believing parents who have been watching their little one suffer for days now. Please ask that they would trust in God's goodness and strength, no matter what they face in the next days. And please ask Him with us for healing.
