Urgent prayer requests

 Hey all!  

Lagan

And our dear friend K.

Our dear friends' K. and Lagan's house burned down last week.  Some of you have been praying faithfully for Lagan, and she is doing much better on medication.  

Last week, K. hiked up to a big community meeting about 2 hours away.  Lagan stayed behind to cook breakfast for her kids, and then she and the kids also went to the meeting.  When they returned as a family, the house and all of their belongings had been consumed by fire.

Pray with us:

*That Lagan and/or others won't be blamed for the fire and loss.

*That God will prompt the believers to give out of their meager resources to help replace K. and Lagan's home, clothing, food and household items.

Kisam has been excited to serve with the community medical program

Also, Podis and Kisam, two believing men, made the trip to town with over $200 in hand to purchase more life-saving medications.  Think amoxicillin and malaria treatments.  In an area where the average Mesi man makes $80 in a year, that amount of money is really a fortune for them to carry along in travel.  

*Pray with us that Kisam and Podis will be able to purchase these medications for the community medical program, and that they will not face harassment or theft.   

*Pray that they will be able to safely make the 2-day intense hike back into Mesi land.
