Blooming while waiting for transplanting...

You've probably heard the saying; 'bloom where you are planted'. More appropriate for our recent lives would be; 'Bloom while you wait to be transplanted'.

This last year, that has been our challenge. With so much of our time invested in preparing for work in Papua New Guinea, we have had little opportunity to participate in the ministries that we so enjoy here.

One of the silver linings that has come out of our delay in departure has been opportunities for all of us to take part in local church ministries. Praise God with us for refreshment in service!

As for our departure, we are ready to go, but still are waiting for word on paperwork from the PNG government. You can be praying for the family that has been shepherding our applications through the government in PNG, both husband and wife have had to come back to the States on short notice (family emergency). Pray too that we will hear soon from the PNG embassy that our entry has been approved.

We are sorry that our updates have been a bit irregular these last couple of weeks as we have been on the road much of the time.

Thanks so very much for your labor with us,
Nate for the family
