Surprise Meeting
Hello again from Papua New Guinea. We finished our third school term with associated grading and meetings last week and had a day or two to clean house and sort a few items before coming down here to Madang for meetings and a break.
Our tribal team has a few major decisions to make and things to plan for in these next couple of weeks so your prayers for those meetings would be appreciated. We will be discussing things like job responsibilities, finances, site plan, and relationships with the Pal people along with some others.
It is obvious to us that God already has directed our time here. The day after we arrived, Nate and Mason went for a walk to see if we could contact a Pal man who is staying nearby. When we got to the house, who should walk out but 6 Pal men that we spent lots of time with up in their village. They had hike for three days to come out to town and we hoping to connect with us.
What is amazing to us about the situation is that the guys hiked out during rainy season, arrived here in time for us to meet together several times, and that the guys who came were just the ones that we needed to talk to about land and house building materials. Isn't our God awesome!
