Putting the Pieces Together

Experience
Much of our job over these last several months has been communicating our experiences in Papua New Guinea in a meaningful way to those of you who care for us and the work that we do. I has been good for us to sift through the events of our lives and to reflect on how they have been used to grow us. Although we are no less busy now than we were when we were in New Guinea, we are grateful for the time of forced reflection away from the daily pressures of life in the bush. It has allowed us perspective on things that we might not have had in the jumble of daily life in Pal. Thanks for continuing to pray for our family as we process through the changes that life brings. We’d love for you to come and experience a pretty intense look at church planting and life in Pal with us this Saturday night at 6:30 pm. (map)
Meetings
You might already know, but upon moving into Pal we were asked by leadership in Papua New Guinea to be on the lookout for another family to fill out our team in Pal. This last week we were involved in some meetings with our co-workers and a family that may be a good fit for the work in Pal. We are very thankful for the progress that was made and were reminded again that we are very blessed with godly friends who work alongside us. We continue to look forward to seeing what God has in store for the Pal team.
Learning Language #4
So, now on to the moment you *might* have been waiting for – the fourth in our video series about learning the Pal language. In this video, you’ll see me working to learn short meaningful Pal phrases…
Thanks for praying.
